Preparation Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Cook from defrost: Boil in bag. Bring water to boil and add defrosted pouch, bring back to boil and simmer for approx. 50-55 minutes. Always ensure product is piping hot before serving or a minimum core temperature of 80C is reached.
