Wonderfully light, ambient sponge sheets ready for topping with your favourite filling. Can be used as cake layers or rolled to form a cream and jam-filled roll. Each sheet has a thickness of 7mm a length of 580mm and a width of 378mm. There are 12 sheets in each pack.
