| Preparation | OVEN from Frozen: Pierce the film and heat for 15 mins at 180C Fan/200C, remove the film and heat for a further 15 mins. OVEN from Chilled: Pierce the film and heat for 10 mins at 160C Fan/180C, remove the film and heat for a further 10 mins. MICROWAVE from Frozen (750-950watt): Pierce or pull back the film and heat for 5 mins, leave to stand for 1min, remove the film and heat for a further 5 mins. MICROWAVE from Chilled (750-950watt): Pierce or pull back the film and heat for 3 mins, leave to stand for 1min, remove the film and heat for a further 3 mins. |
